Ingredients

  1. 1 (400 g)tin cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  2. Large bunch parsley, washed and leaves picked
  3. 1leek, washed and chopped
  4. 1/2stock cube
  5. 1 tablespoonbutter
  6. 1 tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter and oil in pot and add the leek. Sauté until soft.

    Add the parsley leaves and briefly sweat.

    Add the beans, stock cube and water to barely cover.

    Simmer for 15 mins. Blend well.
