In a clean bowl add rogo, flour or alkama together and grind into powder

Soak edible potash in warm water seive the flour alkama power in a another bowl seive kuka and mix vigorously add pinch of saint if desire and mix again

Gradually add in the potash until you get a soft sticky dough

Place a pot on fire with water and allow to boil using your fingertips mould the Doug into the boiling water cover and allow maggi to cook for 15min

Drain from fire and refresh in cold water to cool

Fry onions in a hot oil serve danwake and garnish with fresh onion and season maggi, yaji, cucumber, tomatoes, egg you can also garnish with veggies.
