  • Irish potato
  • Plantain
  • Egg
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil the potato with its skin

  2. 2

    Peel the plantain and slice

  3. 3

    Put oil on fire when hot peel and cut the potato then fry till it looks crispy

  4. 4

    Fry the plantain

  5. 5

    Fry the egg as in dumpling without whisking

  6. 6

    Serve as breakfast with tea or fruit juice of your choice
