Ingredients

4 spoonscoconut powder
4green chilies
as per tasteSalt
1 cupwater
1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
1 teaspoontamarind (alternatively lemon juice can used)
0.5 teaspoonsmustard seeds
5curry leaves
1 teaspoonoil

Steps

Add all ingredients (except oil, curry leaves and mustard seeds) into 1 cup water and grind for 30 secs (I use a 900W heavy duty blender). Add salt as per taste.

Tempering with curry leaves and mustard seeds in 1 spoon oil. Serve fresh or store in refrigerator.
