In a big pan add ghee and oil.

Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and cumin seeds and saute for few seconds.

Add onion and saute till the onions are translucent.

Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and mix well and saute for a minute.

Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, rajma masala powder and kasuri methi. Mix well.

Add tomatoes and fry until tomato turns mushy.

Add cooked rajma and mix well.

Add rajma stock or water and lemon juice and mix well.

Add soaked rice (drained from water).

Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.

Add ghee and bring to boil.

Close the lid and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

Now off the flame.

Rajma Biryani is ready to serve.

Rajma Biryani serve with raita and papad.
