Soak dal for 3-4 hour. Drain and coarse grind the dal.heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds and hing.allow them to crackle.

By continue stirring add besan and ginger to it.add all the spices and cook for a minute. Add coarsely grind dal and mix well.cover the lid and cook gor 5-7 minute. Keep aside to cool.

Now make a soft dough by adding flour, oil and 1 tsp salt.keep on rest for 20 minute.

Heat oil in a karahi. Make small balls out of dough. Press ball and make small puries.now stuff stuffing and seal the sides by joining edges and press lightly with palm.

Make about 20-22 kachori with it.fry 9-10 kachori on low flame at a moment so they are crisp.

Serve with green chilli chutney.
