Rice flour chakali
Steps

Take a big bowl. Add all ingredients. Mix well. Knead semi hard dough. Cover it with a damp cloth. Keep aside for at least 15 minutes.

Just take a little oil on your palm and smooth rice flour dough for a couple of minutes.

Take a deep frying pan,add oil to fry chakalis. Turn on gas, Make sure fry all chakalis on low to medium flame for crispy and crunchy bites.

Take a chakali machine, grease inner side by applying little oil, put star net in it, fill machine by rice flour dough, close the lid.

Now make all in round shape chakalis, with the help of machine.

Put few chakalis in medium hot oil, turn well both sides till it turns crispy and golden pink in colour.

Take out from oil, keep on paper napkin to absorb excess oil.

Keep aside to cool completely.. Then store in a airtight container..

You can enjoy with tea, coffee, snacks in a party or as a munching. An airtight container keeps it fresh for at least 1 month..
