with oil in pan fry garlic and pounded dried shrimp till fragrant and set aside half of it as topping ,
- 2
in pan put the oyster stock then add napa cabbage and bring to a boil for 2 minute then off heat top garnish and topping

This is a simple past with a light but flavorful sauce. Sweet spring cabbage is surprisingly nice with pasta (regular cabbage is delicious as well!). The pasta is cooked right along with the cabbage and bacon which infuses it with extra flavor and brings out the natural sweetness of the cabbage.You only need one pot to cook and takes no longer than 15-20 minutes!
