Cooking Instructions

Chop dates put them in jug with boiling water and add bicarbonate of soda

Beat sugar and margarine add eggs one by one keep on beating until fluffy

Add vanilla essence, flour and baking powder

Add your jug of boiling water with dates beat until smooth
- 5
Grease and pour into 2 baking loaf tins
- 6
Bake in 180c temperature for 45 minutes
