My grandson loves burritos, especially big ones. I think these turned out just the way he likes them.

My grandson loves burritos, especially big ones. I think these turned out just the way he likes them.
Cooking Instructions

Place the meat, chunk of onion, bay leaves, and salt or bouillon in a pressure cooker. Cook for at least 30 minutes after sealing and reducing the heat.

Heat the beans and tortillas.

Once you can open the cooker, remove the meat and shred it using two forks. Add the chopped onion to a pot, mix with the meat, and add a bit of the cooking broth.

Spread a layer of beans on each tortilla.

Add the meat on top.

Start forming the burrito.

Place in a skillet with a little oil and brown on both sides.

Serve freshly made with cabbage on top, sour cream, and sauce.
