  • 1 bunchhara dhania bareek kata
  • 1 cuptali hui pyaz
  • 2tbspfull lemon juice
  • 4bread slice
  • 6hari mirch
  • 1 tspSufaid zeera
  • 1 tspkhashkhas
  • 1 tbspfull lal mircrh powder
  • 2 tbspfullpisa garam masala
  • 4 tbsppise hue bhune chane
  • 1 cupkacha papita
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 pieceKoela

  1. 1

    Sub se pehle bhune chane, zeera, garam masala, khashkhas or namak mila kar pees lein.

    Ab qeema or slice ko choper mein dal kar achi tarah se mix kar lien or tamam masala bhi add kar dein.

    Masale wala qeema choper se nikal kar ek deep bartan mein is mein onion hara dhania kacha papita mila kar achi tarah ghond lein or 10 min ke lie rakh dein.

    Ab koile ka dhuwan dein or chote chote kababs bana kar shallow fry kar lien. Jub tamam kabas fry ho jein to alag rakh dein.

    Ab 1 bare frying pan mein tamam fry kababs phela kar dein dein opper lemon juice pisa garam masala or kata hara dhania shamil kar ke dum pe rakh dein for 5 mins.

    At last ready fried gola kababs and served it with chilli sauce.
