Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsAll Purpose Flour (Maida)
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 3-4Green Chillies (pounded)
  4. 2Garlic cloves (pounded)
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 tspChilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspCumin powder
  8. 1 cupMethi (Fenugreek) leaves
  9. 1/2 cupBottle Gourd (grated)
  10. As needed Oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all very well then bind with water to soft dough.

  2. 2

    Make small balls then roll into puri size rotis.

  3. 3

    Roast on tava with ghee when both sides done remove on plate.

  4. 4

    Serve with green chillies pudina chutney
