Ingredients

  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • 1/4 bowlbesan
  • 1/2 bowlmethi (washed and finally chopped)
  • 1/4 tspajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1 tbspoil
  • as neededGhee for frying
  • pinchhing (asafoetida)
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl add wheat flour and basen.Then add methi and all dry ingredients.

    Add water make a soft dough.Take some portion of dough make a ball. Roll this ball with rolling pin.

    On the flame and heat tawa. When heat tawa put the Thepla on heat tawa and cook from both sides.
