Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupurad dal
  2. 1/4 cupchana dal
  3. 2green chilli
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 2 cupcurd
  6. 2 pinchhing
  7. 1 pinchblack salt
  8. 1/4 tbsred chilli powder
  9. To tasteSalt as per taste
  10. As neededOil.{ For frying bada}
  11. 1/4 tbsroasted cumin seed powder
  12. 1/4 tbscoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak, chana dal and urad dal,5/6 hours and grind them along with ginger and green chilli. add two pinch hing and salt. Mix well and rest for 20 min

    Now, churn curd add all spices, and keep aside

  3. 3

    Fry vada, and put bada on curd rest 8/10 hours

  4. 4

    Ready to enjoy
