Ingredients

  1. 4-5potatoes boiled and mashed
  2. 1carrot roughly chopped
  3. 1 cupchopped cabbage
  4. 1 cupchopped cauliflower
  5. 2capsicum finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  7. 2onions finely chopped
  8. 4tomatoes finely chopped
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 spoonred chilli powder
  11. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  12. 4 spoonpav bhaji masala
  13. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  14. 2 spoonbutter
  15. 10-12pav

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker put chopped cabbage, carrot, green pea and cauliflower,add little water and take 2-3 whistle.

    Heat butter in a pan add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste saute until they turn into pinkis than add chopped tomatoes and cook until oil separates.

    Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala mix well.

    Add boiled potatoes and veggies. Mashed the veggies with masher and mix well.

    Add little water if required and cook for 4-5 minutes.

    Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

    Heat butter in a tawa and roast pav both sides.

  8. 8

    Enjoy your pav-bhaji.
