Ingredients

  • 280 gself raising flour
  • 128 gsugar
  • 128 gsalad oil
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspvannila essence
  • 3overripe banana

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 175 degrees. Blend or mash the bananas set aside

    Sieve flour, baking soda n cinnamon add pinch of salt set aside

  3. 3

    In a bowl add sugar, salad,egg and the essence mix up add mashed banana and mix

    Fold in flour and bake for 45 minutes or till knife come out clean
