Spinach and Cheese Spring Rolls are a tasty snack with a crispy spring roll wrapper, buttery aroma, and melty cheese. They’re delicious, nutritious from the spinach, easy to make, and require just a few ingredients. Very appetizing!
Steps

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.

Add the heavy cream, milk, seasoning powder, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheese melts, then remove from heat and set aside.

To assemble, lay out the 4 spring roll wrappers. Place the cooked spinach mixture onto each wrapper.

Roll up tightly, sealing the edge with beaten egg.

Seal well and set aside.

To fry, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the spring rolls and fry until golden brown.

Remove and drain. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
