Yummy side dish for any rice recipe
Steps

Add the potatoes into the pressure cooker and add enough water for it to boil and pressure cook it for 2 whistles.

Now peel the skin from the boiled potato and chop them into cubes.

Heat oil in kadai,add mustard seeds into it and it should crackle and splutter as soon as you add it.

Now add chopped onions and curry leaves into it and fry it till onions becomes translucent in colour.

Now add the ginger-garlic paste into it and add tomato into it.

Now add chilli powder, garam masala and salt into it.

Add little bit water for it to cook well.

Now add the cubed potatoes into it and mix it well

Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves
