Ek pan ma oil dal ke grm krain, medium flame par us ma boiled lobia and chanay shamil kar dain. (Take pan, pour oil, put boiled beans and chick pea)

2min medium heat par fry krain phr sb spices or sirka shamil kar dain, achi trha mix kar ke 2 3 min fry kar ke flame say hata lain. (fry on medium flame and add spices and vinegar) mix it well and fry for 2-3 mins, )

Piyaz or tomato ko chop krlain, hari mirch or dhanya ko b kat ke ek bowl ma dal dain, or mix krlain.(Chop onion, green chilli and coriander and add in one bowl)

Fried chanay or lobia ko thanda kar ke is ma shamil krdain, salt km lgay toh thorra sa dal dain. (Cool down beans and chick pea and add all onion, chilli and coriander in it)

Achi trha mix kar ke serving bowl ma nkal dain, tasty chaat tiyar ha. (After mixing, take it out in serving bowl and serve)
