Steps

First of all, We need to take a bowl in it will blend buttermilk and Gram flour.

Afterwards, Will heat the mixture in medium flame for 10- 15 minutes.

As soon as thick, will quickly spread the batter evenly on a flat surface..(We can Opposite side of dishes) atleast we need 3 big plate for the same. Will wait for 7-10 minutes for cooling it down.

Afterwards, Will roll it and cut it into pieces. Then will collect pieces in one plate.

Now, Will prepare Tempering(Tadka) : will put on gas and will put small pan on it... Will heat the oil for a while and then put Mustard seeds, Sesame seeds, Asafoetida and Curry leaves.

Now, Will spread the Tempering immediately on Khadvi rolls.

At last, Will garnish it with Coriander leaves. Ready to Serve..🍽
