Heat a tawa. Beat 3 eggs. Add salt and pepper powder. beat well. Take dosa batter. Sprinkle oil over tawa. Spread with a brush. Sprinkle some water. Put a full ladleful of batter, spread slowly.

Put egg mix. Top it with chopped onion. Cover and cook till egg looks cooked. Turn it. Cook from the other side.
