Heat a pan and add 1 tsp butter. Add the mango pulp and 1/2 cup sugar.when the sauce thickens add in mango pieces and cook well and keep aside.

Heat another pan and 1 tsp butter fry cashews, vermicelli and raisins for Garnishing and keep aside.

In the same pan roast the crushed rice and keep aside

Heat a saucepan pour in milk when milk starts to get warmer add in condensed milk and boil stirring constantly.

When the milk boils add the roasted rice and cook well. When the rice is cooked add mango sauce.

When every thing is well combined add cooked check for the sweetness and add necessary sugar as to your taste.

Now add a tsp butter turn off the flame and add the garnishing mix.

Mango Kheer is ready to serve.
