First soak daal and rice for 1/2 hour.

Then heat a cokker at low flame.Add ghee, adrak,green chilli, garlic, add roasted pea nuts.keep stirring.

Add chopped onion and all vegies in it. keep stirring.

Add all spices in it.Then add daal rice.

Then add 1.5 glass water(according to your quantity). cover the lid. cook for 1 whistle.after 5 min open it.your masala bhaat is ready.

Garnish it with coriander. serve with papad and chutney.
