In the large pan put gram lentil(dal channa), chicken pieces, onion whole, potatoes, button red chilli, salt, ginger, add water so it covers the chicken.put on high flame,till water dries.

Remove bones from chicken, roughly chop all boil masalah with pastel and mortar. (not in chopper).

Chop green masalah (in chopper), 3 green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves and tomato.

Mix all things together. Add red chilli flakes, garam masala powder, salt and 1 egg.

Make medium size kababs. Approximately 36 kababs made from 1 kg chicken.

Dip in egg and Shallow fry.
