Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsmaida/ wheat flour
  2. pink dough
  3. 4 tbspMaida/whole wheat flour
  4. 4 tspwater
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tbspGhee
  7. as required Beetroot juice with a drop of lemon
  8. yellow dough
  9. 4 tbspMaida/Whole wheat flour
  10. 4 tbspwater
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/4 tspHaldi
  13. as neededAjwain crushed
  14. as neededGhee
  15. green dough
  16. 4 tbspMaida/Whole wheat flour
  17. 4 tbspwater
  18. As required Ghee
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. as required Mix in chopper coriander, Pudina,Tulsi
  21. orange dough
  22. 4 tbspMaida/Whole wheat flour
  23. 1/2tbsp Mixture of of red chilli powder
  24. pinchhaldi
  25. 1 tspJeera
  26. As per requirement Ghee
  27. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

30-45mins

    Mix all the dough one by one seprately.

  2. 2

    For eg. Take maida add ghee salt and dry masala as per the dough mixtures given up and mix well.

  3. 3

    Then add water very little and knead a hard dough, do not knead a soft dough.

  4. 4

    You will have take knead 4 seprate dough, so you will have Pink dough, Yellow dough, green dough and orange dough.

  5. 5

    Cover it and keep aside for 15 mine.

  6. 6

    Roll chapattis of everg colour seprately and then place the chappati on one another and keep adding maida flour in between the layers.

  7. 7

    Then roll these chappatis and it becomes a big log, roll this log and then with help of knife cut small small pieces.

  8. 8

    Press them with your hand and fry them on medium heated oil.

  9. 9

    Garnish with amchur powder, pepper powder or chat masala and serve.

  10. 10

    Cool it down and this can be stores in airtight container as well
