Cooking Instructions

Mix all the dough one by one seprately.

For eg. Take maida add ghee salt and dry masala as per the dough mixtures given up and mix well.

Then add water very little and knead a hard dough, do not knead a soft dough.

You will have take knead 4 seprate dough, so you will have Pink dough, Yellow dough, green dough and orange dough.

Cover it and keep aside for 15 mine.

Roll chapattis of everg colour seprately and then place the chappati on one another and keep adding maida flour in between the layers.

Then roll these chappatis and it becomes a big log, roll this log and then with help of knife cut small small pieces.

Press them with your hand and fry them on medium heated oil.

Garnish with amchur powder, pepper powder or chat masala and serve.

Cool it down and this can be stores in airtight container as well
