  • 3eggs
  • Red bell pepper, to taste
  • Green bell pepper, to taste
  • Yellow bell pepper, to taste
  • Orange bell pepper, to taste
  • Onion, to taste
  • Cheese, to taste
  • Chorizo, to taste
  • 4flour tortillas
  • Chipotle peppers, to taste

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the chorizo, add the cheese, and blend the chipotle peppers.

  2. 2

    Chop the peppers and onion, then sauté them in the fat from the chorizo and cheese mixture.
