Ingredients

  1. For dough
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 2 tbspAll-purpose flour
  4. 1 tspajwain/carom seeds
  5. 1 tspOil
  6. 2 tbspCurd
  7. 1/4 tspSalt
  8. for top layer
  9. 1/2 cup gram flour
  10. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspAjwain/carom seeds
  13. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  14. for filling
  15. 2boiled potatoes
  16. 1 cupDrumsticks leaves chopped
  17. 1/4 cupDumstick white part (boiled and grinded)
  18. 1Chopped onion
  19. 1 tbspfreshly chopped coriander leaves
  20. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  21. to tastesalt
  22. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  23. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  24. 1 tspKitchen king masala
  25. 3 tbspOil
  26. 1 tspCumin seeds
  27. For garnishing
  28. 1 cupSweet curd
  29. 1/4 cupTamarind paste
  30. 1/2 cupChopped onion
  31. 1 cupSev

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all the ingredients of dough and mix well.knead it properly with required water dough should bhi little hard.keep aside.

    Now cut drumsticks in small pieces and boil them till done.drain and keep aside

  3. 3

    In a bowl take gram flour add all ingredients and make a thick paste.

  4. 4

    Now make filling Peelthe drumsticks and churn it in grinder

  5. 5

    Now heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds ginger garlic paste saute it.

  6. 6

    Now add chopped onions and saute till light brown.

  7. 7

    Now add grinded drumsticks and saute till it turn thick,add chopped drumsticks leaves,mashed potatoes and all spices mix well and cook for 5mins

  8. 8

    Make paratha roll a chapati of dough now spread filling all over chapati evenly.

  9. 9

    In non-stick pan put that paratha and cover the filling with gram flour paste cover it with lid and cook it on low flame.

  10. 10

    Cook it properly from both side and place it on plate.garnish it with curd turminder paste chopped onion and sev cut it in and serve.
