Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupStrawberry
  2. 1/2 cupBlueberry
  3. 1/2 cupRaspberry
  4. 1/2 cupBlackBerry
  5. 1Banana
  6. 1 1/2 glassMilk
  7. 1 tbspHoney

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a blender add all fruits, milk and honey.

    Blend it until it becomes smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour in the glass and top with some berries (you can also top with some nuts if you are eating with spoon).

    Serve chilled and enjoy
