  1. 1 cuptuvar dal(soaked)
  2. 1onion finally chopped
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. 2tomato chopped
  5. 2dry red chilli
  6. 2 teaspoonghee
  7. 1 teaspoonbutter
  8. 1 teaspooncumin seed
  9. 6-7garlik chopped
  10. 1 inchginger chopped
  11. 1/4spoon heeng
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric
  14. 1/2teaspoonred chilli powder
  15. As requiredCoriander leaves chopped

    Soaked tuvar daal, 1glass water cooked in pressure cooker for 3whistle

    Take a pan n add ghee. Ghee is too hot add cumin seed, rai, ginger, garlik, green chilli, onion.. Saute n add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomato..

    Cook for five min then add daal and 1glass water and cool five to ten min. Add some coriander leaves.

    For tadka... Take a small pan and add 1spoon butter add one forth spoon cumin seed, dry broken red chilli, some coriander leaves n heeng. This tadka add into the dal

    Dhaba style tuvar daal is ready. Serve hot dal with jwera rice n hot fulka. 😋😋
