Palak Biryani One Pot Meal

Steps

Heat up oil and Ghee in a pan, Add Hing, cinnamon stick, Elaichi, peppercon and cashews. Saute for few seconds

Add chopped onions and Capcicum and cumin seeds.Saute for few seconds.

Add all your vegetables, Salt, turmeric powder and Biryani Masala.

Add Palak Mixture and corn and cook for 1 minute.

Add curd. Mix well and remove half mixture into another Bowl for layering.let the remaining be in a Pan

In the same pan with palak mixture, Add Paneer Cubes, Layer with half rice, Add few drops of Ghee,

Again repeat the procedure followed by Palak mixture, Rice and ghee. Cover the Lid and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes

Serve Hot with Bundi Raita
