Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tbspbaking soda
  • as requiredOil
  • As neededWater to knead the dough
  • as per tasteSalt
  • Toppings
  • 1Capsicum
  • 1Tomatoes
  • 1Onions
  • as per needMushroom
  • as requiredCorn kernels
  • as neededOlives
  • As neededPaneer
  • As requiredCheese
  • as required Mayonnaise
  • As requiredSchezwan sauce
  • as per taste Tomato ketchup
  • as per taste Oregano
  • as per tasteRed chilli flakes
  • as per tasteMixed herbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the dough using all the ingredients mentioned above. The dough should be runny. Apply some oil to the dough and cover with a wet cloth and rest for 30 mins

  2. 2

    Now after 30 mins take the dough and knead it for again.Now pinch off a small ball sized dough and roll it into a thick chapati.

  3. 3

    Spread some schezwan sauce, tomato sauce and mayonnaise on the pizza base.

  4. 4

    Add lots of cheese over the base and now place all the veggies like capsicum, tomatoes, onions, olives, mushroom, corn kernels etc over the base. Insert paneer cubes.

  5. 5

    Bake the Pizza at the temperature of 475 F or 245 C in oven
