Peel and chop bananas. Place them in a ziplock and keep aside. Peel and chop beetroot, cut strawberries and cherries. Keep all the three reds in another ziplock. Now place these two ziplocks in deep freeze for overnight.

Take out the frozen fruits in a blender, add the flower powder and give a nice churn. Till a smooth texture. Add yakult, dates puree (see notes), vanilla essence and blend again.

Now transfer this attractive smoothie in your favourite bowl and garnish with colourful fruits and seeds of choice. For fruits I used pomegranate, apricots, grapes, blueberries along with chia seeds and museli.

Notes:
Fruits, dates, yakult amd enough sweetness therefore I didn't prefer any more sugar.
For flower powder, desteam the flowers and sun dry them again and grind them to a powder.
For dates puree, I soaked them in warm milk for 15 mins and blended in a puree.
