Ingredients

30 min
  1. 2 tbsp For base condensed milk
  2. 500 gauml fresh cream
  3. For falvour
  4. as required Mango pulp
  5. as required Paan leaves
  6. 1 tsp glukad
  7. as required Dry pan ka masala
  8. as required Cocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    To make base take fresh cream

    Now add condensed milk in it and mix it very well with beater

  3. 3

    So now our base is ready

  4. 4

    Now to make mango kulfi add mango pulp and mix it with beater or with spoon beater of mango kfi is ready

  5. 5

    Now pour it in kulfi mold add stick and freeze it for 8 to 10 hours

  6. 6

    If you do not have kulfi mold then add it in add disposable cup cover with foil paper and freeze it

  7. 7

    After 8 to 10 hours kulfi is ready

    To make pan kulfi than base add pan leaves in it

  9. 9

    Then add 1 spoon gulkad in it and add dry pan ka masala

  10. 10

    And mix it well so now your beater of pan kulfi is ready pour it in kulfi mould and freeze for 8 hours

    So for chocolate kulfi add 2 spoon of cocoa powder to base and mix it

  12. 12

    Now pour it in mould and freeze for 8 to 10 hours and enjoy it
