Steam boil rice with salt and all long spices.

Take a cooker and add some ghee, cumin seeds, astofoitida, green chilli, ginger, garlic and soute them.

Add onion and all veggies.

Soute them for 5 minutes.

Add all masala and curd and soute for 5 to 7 minutes.

Take out half vegitables.make one layer of vegetables and second of rice

Repeat this process twice.

Now for tempering in small pan take 3 table spoon ghee, Cummin seeds, astofoitida and onion slice. And add in rice. And add fresh cream.

Cooked for 10 minutes. Cover with lid without whistle. Rest them 10 minutes.

It's ready to serve.
