Serves 2 servings
  • 1 cupBolognese sauce (about 250 grams, prepared and frozen)
  • 2/3 cupbéchamel sauce (about 150 grams)
  • 3 1/4 cupssedani pasta or your favorite pasta (about 300 grams)
  • 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)
  • 1 ball mozzarella cheese

25–30 minutes

    Cook the pasta. Mix it with the Bolognese sauce and béchamel, then add the mozzarella cheese.

    Add the Parmesan cheese, mix well, and transfer everything to a baking dish.
