Ingredients

  1. 250 grdeseeded ripe jackfruit (Chopped)
  2. 150 grflour
  3. 3 tbspcorn starch or tapioca
  4. 3 tbsphoney
  5. 1 cupcold water
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspvanilla
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. Palm sugar caramel
  10. 100 grpalm sugar
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 50 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add flour, starch, salt, baking powder, honey, vanilla and water. Mix well

  2. 2

    Once everything are mixed, add Chopped jackfruit, combine and let it sit for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Pre-heat the pan for deep fry, add one scoop of batter and fry till golden brown in medium low heat.

    To make the caramel sauce, add palm sugar, salt and water. Cook til it thicken for 5 to 6 minutes.

    Serve with the sauce, you can either dip or drizzle the sauce
