In a big clean bowl sieve in your flour and other dry ingredients.

Create a hole at the center and add in your wet ingredients. Give it a good mix, till you get a nice batter.

Note you can add or reduce sugar to your taste. Also you will add small water to the batter.

Using a non-stick pan scoop the batter and fry both side on a law heat. Repeat the same process until you’re done with your batter. Enjoy with any syrup of your choice or any toppings of your choice
