Creamy masala soya chaap

First take soya chaap and separate them from sticks

After that cut them in medium peices

Take a pan and heat oil in pan then shallow fry all soya chaap peices on medium flame

After frying them take out all in a plate and marinate them with dahi little bit salt and chilli powder for 10 minutes

Then in same pan take the excess oil out and in sufficient oil out all khada masala then chopped onions

Fry onion till golden brown then Kashmiri laal mirch and haldi and fry them

Add some water at this point and add chopped tomato salt dhaniya powder red chilli garam masala and cover the pan after that fry the masala till oil separates add marinated soyachaap and fry then add water as required then finally add malai and mix let it boil
