Steps

First take your homemade panner wash it properly cut into small piece take a kadai pour few spoons of refined oil take light fry keep drop the oil from the panner keep it in a tray.

Then pour some refined oil in to your kadai add cubes of cut onions fry nicely then dry the oils keep it in a tray.

Then fry cubes your cubes capsicum and keep it away from your vessel.

Then boil tomatoes, boil your onion then,drain your all excess water from tomato, onion keep it away. Then take a cashew nut and dip it in a hot water sometime then drain add to your boiled tomato, onion, then add your cashew nut, ginger, garlic then grind in your mixie grinder into smooth paste keep it away.

Take a kadai pour some butter and refined oil add some jeera, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cardamon, cloves, then immediately add your smooth paste in to your kadai. Let them cook for sometime.

Then add your fried onions, capsicum and fried panner add kasmiri chilli, jeera powder, salt then finally add your milk cream and milk then add half teaspoon of sugar. Then add methi (dry leaves) and finally add coriander leaves then taken with your palak paratha.. It will be all time favourite dinner special item..

For Palak paratha. Palak one
bunch steamed and mix with your small onion, jeera, vegetables masala, potato(boiled) - 12

Add into your Atta with salt, red chilli powder with the help of refined oil make good dough and prepare your thin paratha cook with refined oil and ghee give an additional taste to your paratha.
