Boil water add peas and boil till soft.

Blanch methi for 5 min add 1 TSP sugar and sugar in water.

In a mixer add onion cashew melon seeds ginger garlic green chilli little water and make smooth paste

Heat ghee add jeera add gravy paste and cook stirring continuously add all masala and mix well add boiled peas methi and cook again add little water

Cook till gravy becomes thick
Turn off gas add malai and mix well. - 6
Serve hot with chapati
