My sister loves my mein da yaji, thou we are not hausas buh greww up in the north and also enjoy d northern foods😊,so I decided to document this one because, why not😄😄

Steps

Per boil the beans with enough water to the stage of almost getting done, and set aside, it's takes a while for beans to get soft so we boil for about an hour

Wash the rice very well to ensure the starch is out, then per boil it make sure it doesn't over done then wash and set aside

After both per boiling the rice and beans,mix them together to get done for about 30-45 min till done

Boil the eggs after the water is dried from the rice and beans and done, when the eggs are done enough transfer into another water to cool for easy peeling

Time to make the 🥗 salad,cut the Lectus into desired size, dice the tomatoes on the Lectus and slice sum onion on the Lectus,..

Pour some oil enough for the food into a pan or pot,slice enough onion and desired garlic, allow oil to get hot and turn the onion and garlic into the oil to saute put salt n Maggi a little.. and food is ready to b served

Take a plate put some rice and beans, pour on them some oil, put some yaji by d side some salad to go them Maggi to put according to taste,put the peeled egg n put by the side then use some chilled beverage to wash the food down... and ENJOY.
