Paneer butter masala, also known as butter paneer is a rich & creamy curry made with paneer, spices, onions, tomatoes, cashews and butter. As the name denotes, the curry is cooked in butter which imparts it's characteristic buttery flavor to the dish.

Steps

Keep water for boiling and add few raw spices: star anies, black pepper corns, cardomom etc

Make cross cut on tomatos and blanch them

Chop the onions add them into the water and add casue nuts,magaj seeds and blanch them too

After blanching cool them and blend them nicely

Take a kadhai add oil and half of the butter that the butter do not burn because of oil

Add bay leaf,cumin seeds,kasuri methi now add ginger garlic paste

Cook until the raw smell goes away now add tomato Puree cook it for a minute now add dry spices

And now add onion,casue and magaj paste

Add sugar,salt,honey and more butter

Cut the paneer into dices add them in the gravy boil the water again in which you blanched the vegetables and add in the gravy

Cook the gravy add coriander leaves serve it with roti,rice and Onions
