Boil the potatoes and mash them.

Take Kachhi Dabeli instant masala.

Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and put it on medium flame.

Add 1 tbsp tamarind dates chutney and 100 g instant Kachhi Dabeli masala and mix well

Add boiled potatoes to it and mix well for 2 minutes. The filling is ready.

Now to make masala shing, take salted peanuts in a pan.

Take all the spices like salt, chilli powder, sugar, garam masala, hing and add it to the peanuts.

Mix well and masala peanuts are ready.

To make green chutney, take all the ingredients as shown in the photo and crush it in a mixture.

To make garlic chutney, take all the ingredients as shown in the picture and crush it in a mixture.

To make dates and tamarind red chutney, boil them, crush them and filter the same.

Add salt, chilli powder, corn flour, jaggery and water and boil for a few minutes. Use after it cools down.

Cut the pav into two and fill in with all the ingredients. Enjoy this authentic Kachhi Dabeli with your family.
