Ingredients

15 to 20 servin
  1. 1 kgqeemah (beef/mutton/chicken)
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1 tspGaram masala
  5. 4 tbsplemon juice
  6. 2medium onion
  7. 8green chillies
  8. 125 gramyogurt
  9. 1 pieceginger
  10. 1/2 cupwater

    Collect all ingredients.

    Qeemy ko machine ya chopper my Dalain aur piyaz, adrak, Hari mirch Ke sath grind kar lain.

    Ab is my masalay aur lemon juice dahi dal kar mix karain aur kabab banalain. 1 kilo mein taqreeban 20 ban jayeingay.ak chota sa flat kabab frying pan my bana kar taste kar lyn aur salt aur red chilli powder taste ky hisab sy aur dalna chahyn to daldyn.

    Patili mein 1/2 cup Pani dal kar boil karain aur kabab dal dyn.

    Kabab ko 5 mint medium flame per pakayen k steam ban jaye. Aur phir low flame per 1 ghanta pakayn k kabab gal jayien. Isi doran chamcha bilkul nahi chalana warna kabab toot jayiengy ya un per crack per jaye ga. Aur phir Pani dry kar lain. Kabab ready hain. Mazaydar without oil kabab dahi chutni slice ke sath serve karain.
