Chicken Wings with Mustard in Air Fryer and Liquid Salad

Maybe wings are my favorite part of the chicken, and they turn out delicious in the air fryer. As for the salad, instead of making it "edible," I've decided to make it "drinkable," which is very refreshing since it should be served very cold.
Steps
- 1
Gather the salad ingredients.
- 2
Chop them and put them in the blender jar.
- 3
Add olive oil (about 3 1/3 tablespoons), vinegar (about 3 1/3 tablespoons), water (gradually, ensuring it's not too thick or too watery), salt, and ground cumin. Blend everything well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 4
Season the wings with mustard, sweet paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Mix them well so all the wings are coated. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 392°F (200°C).
- 5
Place the wings in the basket and set for 20 minutes at 392°F (200°C). Flip them after 12 minutes.
- 6
Now just serve the salad and wings and enjoy a simple and refreshing summer meal.
