In a clean pan, add 1 table spoon veg oil and fry with ginger and garlic paste, add onion and pepper, fry under low heat

Add minced meat and mix well. Seasoned well and simmer on low heat till d water dries, then remove from heat and allow to cool down

In a clean bowl, add flour, salt, and water. Make a thick barter (paste)

Heat a non-stick grease free frying pan, use a paint brush and make a smear on the pan using the flour barter

Remove the sheet when it starts to flip by the edges

Cut the sheet (circle) in to 4 equal sides to get a cone shape. Fold it to make a pocket

Use the fillings (minced meat) to fill the pockets(wraps) and use the barter to seal the edges

Fry in hot veg oil till golden brown
