  3. 1 cup🥦Broccoli piece
  4. 2 tablespoongrated carrot🥕
  5. 2 tablespoonbaby 🌽corn piece
  6. 2 tablespooncoriander leave
  7. 1 tablespoonchilli pieces
  8. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  9. As per tasteSalt
  10. As RequiredChilli powder
  11. As Per RequiredGhee Or Oil as per necessary
  12. As RequiredParatha dough ingredients
  13. 2 cupswheat flour
  14. 1 tablespoonsemolina
  15. 2 tablespoonsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Make the paratha dough for dough ingredients and keep it aside. Boiled the all vegetables🥔🥦🥕🌽. Crush the green chili🌶 baby🌽 and Broccoli🥦 together.

    Peel off and smash the Alu in a mixing bowl. Then add the broccoli, baby corn, chili paste, and all the stuffing ingredients. Then mix well till smooth paste. Then make a lemon size ball.

    Make a 6 equal parts from paratha dough. Roll one part of the dough 4". Take one stuffing ball and place the center. Bring the all sides together on the center and seal tightly. Then roll again paratha in 6" diameter.

    Heat the tawa on medium flame. Place the paratha in centre. When one side cooks the light brown flip the paratha. Put some oil in centre and flip the paratha. Shallow frying till both sides are golden brown.

    A very tasty, delicious, healthy Alu Broccoli Paratha is ready for serve. Sprinkled some cheese and Serve.
