Ingredients

  1. For the dough
  2. 2egg yolks
  3. 2/3 cupunsalted butter, softened (150 grams)
  4. 3/4 cuppowdered sugar (100 grams)
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1lemon (zest only)
  7. 2 cupsall-purpose flour (250 grams)
  8. 1 pinchbaking powder
  9. Nutella, as needed, for filling

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and butter. Add the remaining ingredients and quickly knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes. Let cool.

  3. 3

    Pair the cookies in twos and fill with Nutella.
