Mix the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and butter. Add the remaining ingredients and quickly knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes. Let cool.

Pair the cookies in twos and fill with Nutella.
