Pineapple and candy cherry slices

Alhamdulillah these where welcomed in home .thankfully..couple of fans so far!!
These where an alternative cooking method of pan and tagine to create that steam slowly but it dies build up fast so be careful when handling..
As you can see there was some serious burning patches but thankfully we can say that was a part of the recipe ..or just !!
Tip:
To caramelise the pineapple slices gives that lovely flavor and texture at bottom of pan before add the barter and also the sugar md knives from the pineapple helps this and reduce it enough not to make things too sogg etc.bisnillah all the best

Arrange the fruits at bottom of heavy pan here used small and not too deep but deep enough add the sugar,arrange the slices and when bubbling it ready to add in the barter

Mix in egg sugar whisk them,then add in yogurt,butter,vanilla baking powder whisk bit hand whisk in medium but deep bowl is better to avoid splatters.then add in flour.

Add in water to make barter pourable enough but not runny not thick too.so just right inshaAllah.now cover and steam in low heat making that the tagine cover or any cover is enof steam space inside and not gets too hot check time to time reduce heat as needed and will be quick to cook and Che k with fork inside.will b very soft onshaallah!bismillah enjoy
