Barley Flour { JAU } Masala Bhakari

In a bowl take jau flour besan all chopped things & spices mix it well
Put ghee & mix it & rub with your finger tips so it mix nicelyKnead the flour with lukewarm water cover & keep aside for 5 min
Knead it again & make small balls like poori roll it little thick & keep aside in a plate - 2
Heat tawa on gas put 4-5 at a time & roast on low flame both sides till golden brown remove from tawa & keep on plate make all & keep aside

Now put again on tawa & apply ghee both side & roast by pressing with wooden spatula till it crispy ; remove it cool it ; roast all with same method
After cooling store in airtight container & enjoy with masala tea, coffee & masala Milk - 4
